FERMAX
Fermax delivers integrated door-entry, video intercom and access-control solutions designed for residential, multi-residential and commercial applications. With technologies ranging from digital 2-wire systems through to IP-based solutions, Fermax provides flexible systems for new installations, upgrades and replacement projects.
Video intercom systems
Fermax offers a comprehensive range of video intercom solutions designed to provide secure and convenient communication between entrances and occupants. Systems are available for individual homes, apartment buildings and larger developments, with a choice of indoor monitors, outdoor entrance panels and connected features.
DUOX PLUS 2-wire systems
DUOX PLUS is Fermax’s fully digital 2-wire video intercom platform. Using two non-polarised wires throughout the installation, it is designed to simplify installation and is particularly suited to apartment buildings, new developments and intercom upgrades where existing cabling may be reused.
MEET IP intercom systems
MEET is Fermax’s IP-based video intercom platform, built around P2P SIP technology. It provides a flexible solution for larger residential and commercial projects where IP connectivity, advanced functionality and integration with other systems are required.
Access control
Fermax provides access-control solutions for managing and restricting entry to buildings and secured areas. Depending on the system, users can be identified using technologies such as proximity credentials, keypads and other electronic access methods, with solutions available for installations ranging from individual entrances to larger projects.
Mobile connectivity
Compatible Fermax systems can provide call-divert functionality through mobile applications including DuoxMe and MeetMe. Users can receive intercom calls, communicate with visitors and release the door from a compatible smartphone, providing greater flexibility when away from the indoor monitor.
System integration
Fermax’s IP-based technologies support integration possibilities for projects requiring intercom, access control and other building systems to work together. The MEET platform uses SIP-based technology, providing additional flexibility for compatible third-party integrations and larger networked installations.

Fermax provides installers and professionals with technical documentation, product manuals, installation software, technical videos and support resources.
